LiftUpMe connects individuals experiencing struggles with real users who empathize, share encouraging words, and provide comfort and emotional support. LiftUpMe is built to foster genuine connections, boost positivity, and serve as a safe haven for users seeking solace and understanding in their most vulnerable moments.

The LiftUpMe project was crafted with a user-centric approach to ensure accessibility, simplicity, and meaningful engagement. The app's interface embraces a clean, minimalistic design to allow users to focus solely on sharing and receiving uplifting messages. Posts are displayed in random order to eliminate comparison and pressure, encouraging a sense of equality among users. By removing the complexity of friend requests, messaging, or private chats, the platform prioritizes authenticity and emotional well-being over vanity metrics. For the landing page, I emphasized bold visuals and compelling calls-to-action to showcase the app’s core mission while maintaining an intuitive structure that draws visitors to explore and connect.

Design Process:

Research & Discovery: I conducted user interviews and market analysis to understand the emotional needs of users and gaps in existing platforms.

User Personas: Developed personas to define the target audience and their pain points.

Wireframing: Created low-fidelity wireframes to visualize the app and landing page structure, focusing on ease of use and accessibility.

UI Design: Designed high-fidelity screens with soft color palettes, typography, and calming visual elements that align with the app’s supportive mission.

Prototyping & Testing: Built interactive prototypes to test the functionality and gather user feedback for improved usability.

Iteration & Finalization: Integrated feedback, refined the designs, and ensured responsiveness across devices for a smooth and consistent experience.
